    What does a Cranio-Sacral session look like?

•     The first step is to make an appointment.  
•     General information and an intake form are completed.  
•     Most sessions are at least 1 hour not to exceed 2 hours.
•     A discussion will take place to create intentions and a focus for the sessions. 
•     A centering process.
•     As a licensed practitioner I will take a Client through a series of holds, called a protocol, where I will apply Light touch.  In most cases the work begins and finishes in areas of the skull. 
•     There is an energetic quality of peace throughout the session. 
•      At completion the Client is suggested to write learnings and next steps to be completed prior to the next session.
